Request account deletion
Request removal of your Grice’s Auctions account and associated personal data. This is a manual process, not immediate deletion. No bids, orders or refunds are cancelled by submitting this form.
We will review unfinished transactions and any records that must be retained, and explain the next steps in your private report. You can ask to withdraw the request by replying there before it is processed.

Our target is to process deletion requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. We will confirm completion and explain any necessary retained records. If more time is needed for verification or an unresolved transaction, we will explain the reason and provide an update rather than silently extending the target. Do not treat a saved request as confirmation that your data has been deleted.

You can email us without signing in. For account deletion, use the subject “Grice’s Auctions account deletion” and, if possible, send from the email associated with your account. We may verify account ownership before acting. Never include a password, payment details or meetup code.
